We believe in a natural and sustainable approach to farming, and that is why our cattle are finished for a minimum of 90 days to ensure the best flavor and tenderness.

In addition to the processors, we are a family owned and operated business. It takes a team. Julia, the fourth daughter, is over marketing and communication. Robert, the father, is over watching the cattle and making sure everything is healthy, and making everything is always fed. Jayden, the 5th and last daughter, is always a helping hand and eager to help wherever the need be. Courtney, the mother, helps by going to the sale barn and buying cattle on occasion (whether needed or not).
